Look at these numbers for Collin County and some of the areas we follow each week and month. Collin County-Days on Market=45 days!, Allen-Days on Market=33 days!, Frisco-Days on Market 36 days!, McKinney=40 Days on Market!, and Wylie-34 Days on Market!. When you look at inventory of properties for sale, Collin County is down 32.1% year over year. These numbers come from Collin County Association of Realtors thru July of 2020. New Construction is also getting a lot of activity and we are helping people negotiate on those homes as well.Â
