I have been asked many times what the logo on my letterheads or my yard signs means? First it is the "More Than" Symbol >. Over the years from just being an individual realtor doing everything personally for my clients to now having Buyer Specialists and Listing Specialists and a support staff for both my clients and my agents might well define our motto "More Than"Â However, that is not the reason for this motto or symbol. It is about what we do and why we do it. First and foremost we want our clients to have the best representation for their unique situation of either buying or selling a home. Along with that is having great communication with all those involved in the real estate transaction. This means that we put a lot of emphasis on those we work with and make sure that they serve our clients and our business at a very high level. We also do things like give our clients advice, if needed, on mortgage, title, home warranty, home insurance, and home repair companies. We do this during and even long after we have helped people buy or sell homes. One of the things our team does for our seller clients is to help them get bids together for repairs to help with getting their home closed. This is a very time consuming thing for sellers and we are happy to assist in this area since we have many contacts in the home repair business. Every year our team helps people with evaluating and if necessary helping people protest their property taxes. We send out a newsletter letting our past clients and anyone who subscribes to it about what is going on in the local market since much of the news people hear is about the national housing market. We stay in contact with all of our past clients so that we can be of a benefit if they need us with anything that has to do with their home. We answer questions, give advice, and yes we even talk about our families, vacations and a host of other things at times.Â
Looking back on all the testimonials I received from my clients I soon realized that they felt what I was giving was a "More Than" experience and that realization was the reason for our symbol and motto "More Than >".Â
