To come up with the best answer to this question we must consider a few things. Are home buyers looking in a broad area such as Collin County for a home? If they are moving from out of state the answer might be yes or it might be no. They may want to live not far from work or at least have an easy commute to work. Schools my be another factor when selecting a particular area. Those may be the initial considerations and then finding the price range and type of home they want may be secondary. For those who are moving within the area other considerations may come to bear. Wanting to stay in the same school district, close their church or other things that they have come to rely on can be the key determining factor. This can differ for those who don’t have children. Sounds a little confusing, doesn’t it? How to address these areas and find the best answers might be by speaking with a knowledgeable realtor.
If the seller decides to interview a realtor, key questions need to be asked to see if the realtor does have the knowledge, experience, know-how to address the many factors that goes into selling a home such as, marketing, price analysis, justification, as well as their experience to getting the desired results. One of the other things to notice is the process the realtor used to put together the information that insures the home seller has the confidence in the realtor’s ability to get their home sold.
