Hi, I’m Roxanne DeBerry of The DeBerry Team, and I want to give you a sense of why and how my business is set up to give YOU the best experience when buying or selling a home.
While building my real estate business many years ago, I quickly realized it is very difficult to give a client, whether buyer or seller, the substantial attention needed to satisfy each client’s individual needs. The traditional approach wasn’t adequate, and I started developing a concept which has evolved into a system for providing each of our clients the depth of service and attention needed to fulfill their real estate goals.
I structured my team around “Specialists” that are professionally trained for the specific job of helping either the buyer or seller of residential real estate. Today, The DeBerry Team is comprised of "Seller Specialists" and "Buyer Specialists"; each of these agents is professionally trained to assist people with either the purchasing or selling transaction of real estate.
My goal was then (and still is every day!) to give each client the unique experience of working with someone exclusively dedicated to either their buying or selling needs. After establishing the core team, I saw that it was also important to have a specialized support staff join the Team that works in concert with my clients and the Specialist to help process the demands of marketing, paperwork and scheduling that come with buying or selling a home.
This Specialist team approach has allowed us to consistently be one of the top performing REALTORS® in North Texas. My team and I have helped over 100 people every single year for the past 14 years. Providing a seamless, personal and absolutely professional service for our clients has ranked us in the top 1% of all REALTORS® in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, and one of the top REALTORS® in the state of Texas for our services and production.
